Sirusianne, or Kristen Argerake, has a Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art from San Diego State University.
Sirusianne was born in 1988 and currently lives in southern California. This website is to showcase her work as it is so far so that her friends and fans are able to observe her development.
Sirusianne comes from a line of talented artists. Many of her family members were artists, and the basis for her interest in art is most likely biological. However, her roots in her artistic style are derived from anime. Growing up, Kristen was a huge fan of Sailor Moon, which inspired her to draw like the heroes she saw on TV.
Later in life, she discovered JRock music, and became fascinated with the visual kei scene involved in Japanese culture.
Most of her art today is a compilation of anime roots, Japanese music lyrical inspiration, and her own endeavors to try and improve - both stylistically, and realistically.
I am very open as far as subject matter. Unless you want something that completely disgusts me, I'll probably draw it for you. I don't just do commissions for money, I do them for the experience of drawing something I wouldn't normally draw.
I assume that my commissioners want the original copies of their commissioned artwork. In such cases, shipping fees will be added to the total price
All art prints and copies\of Mourning Star are printed exclusively at Direct to Press. Big thanks for your contributions!
